Easter Guide to Bad Parenting in Colorado

An annual Easter egg hunt has been cancelled in Old Colorado City (Colorado Springs) because local parents are too aggressive and competitive during the hunt, while others whined that there weren't enough eggs to go around. After watching more than one kid get trampled by overzealous adults in recent years, organizers say they've had enough. Sad news for hundreds of locals usually attend the free event, which features plastic, candy-filled eggs hidden throughout Bancroft Park.  Kids and the Easter Bunny aren't the only victims of bad parenting, as local businesses lose anticipated business that the Easter Egg hunt usually generates. Here's Fox21Colorado's story.
