Description: The Empowerment Program would like to invite women in the community to join us for an afternoon of healthy snacks, guided meditation, discussions on substance abuse and mental wellness, as well as an opportunity to get free HIV and Hep C testing. They will also be giving away door prizes. This is a FREE public event and is open to the general public.
