What better way to enjoy South Denver than strolling along the South Platte River and checking out the local ducks, who are just beginning to show their flashy breeding plumage.

The Denver Audubon Society is inviting you to do just that on Sat. Jan 14 9AM-Noon with their activity, "Ducks in Winter." Meet at Grant Frontier Park, southeast corner of Evans Ave. and South Platte River Dr., and dress for cold weather. Registration is required and the price of participation is $10-$12. Kids get in FREE.
