Tour de Fat Bike Fest FREE Sept. 10

Yes folks, on Sept. 10 the Tour de Fat will once again be meandering and pandering through Denver to spread the good word about the positive societal offerings of that beloved contraption known as the bicycle. Along with their exceptional ability to roust a city’s inner-cyclist, the group hopes to drive our message even deeper by bringing on the fun. Tour de Fat boasts a bike parade (costumes strongly encouraged) and contests, solar-powered entertainment, local food and yummy New Belgium beer from 11AM to 4PM on Saturday, Sept. 10, on the west side of City Park (between 17th & 23rd avenues, east of York St.). FREE! Be there early to register and stick around after the ride and enjoy music and theatrics by  The DovekinsDaredevil Chicken Club, YoYo Squared and Los Amigos Invisibles. Parking is available at East High School. MORE INFO here.
