Donate Unused Musical Instruments for Kids
If you've got an old musical instrument sitting around, why not donate it to the Colorado Public Radio Annual Instrument Drive, collecting new and refurbished musical instruments for Title I school music programs statewide through March 31. Last year CPR delivered 120 instruments worth over $40,000 to nine schools. Local drop-off locations (during business hours) include: Denver Folklore Center, 1893 S. Pearl St.; Kolacny Music, 1900 S. Broadway; and The Music Box, 2553 S. Colorado Blvd. Info: cpr.org.
