Tony's Markets Meat Class Feb. 25 FREE

Tony’s Markets is offering a FREE “Meats 101″ class on Friday, Feb. 25, 6 to 7:30PM. The class is being conducted by Daniel Rosacci, CEO of family-owned and a meat buyer for two decades. This guy knows his meat!  He will attempt to demystify meats by explaining the difference between cuts, quality and grades, as well as revealing marketing tricks and tips for getting the highest value cuts of meat.
