Veterans Day Deals for Military -- Eat FREE and More

Hey Veterans! Check out these great Veterans Day deals around Denver. Remember, you need to pony up valid military ID or proof of service to get the deals. Deals are good for active service or vets. Check websites for full details. Thank you for your service!

The Denver Zoo admission is FREE for veterans on  Sunday, Nov. 11 and Monday, Nov. 12. Family members can get in too, for just $6, about half off on adult admission. Kids 2 and under get in FREE. Veterans and their families can also enjoy a special FREE 90-minute guided tour, but you need to register in advance by calling 720-337-1491. Tour times on both days are 10:30AM., 1PM. and 2:30PM. Before going to the Zoo stop at Denny's for  FREE All You Can Eat Pancakes for military. The Denny's deal is on Monday Nov. 12 from 6AM to 2PM  The deal is good at all Denny’s restaurants nationwide. Bring a valid military ID card. Beverage not included. 

On Sunday Nov. 11 Hooters offers vets and active military ten FREE wings with a drink purchase. Outlets in Lakewood, Aurora and Westminster are honoring the deal. Check here for a full list of  participating outlets.

McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurants will host its 14th annual Veterans Appreciation Event on Sunday, Nov. 11 at participating restaurants across the country. Bring your military ID and pick a FREE  lunch or dinner entrées. We recommend you make reservations right here because tables fill quickly at this event. Both Denver locations (downtown at 1659 Wazee and in the DTC at 8100 E. Union Ave.) are participating in the deal.

Both veterans and active duty military are welcome to enjoy a FREE signature entrée at participating Applebee’s and Olive Garden on Veterans Day, Sunday, Nov. 11.  Bring your military ID to qualify for the deal.

On Sunday Nov. 11 and Monday Nov. 12  Outback Steakhouse offers vets with ID a FREE Bloomin’ Onion and free Coca-Cola beverage, plus a 10% discount is in play from Nov 13-Dec. 31.

Olive Garden offers a FREE entree from its Veterans Day menu to vets on Sunday Nov. 11. 

Golden Corral is offering a FREE dinner from 4--9PM on Monday, Nov. 12.
