If you love Denver's beautiful Washington Park please brave the weather and volunteer for the annual "Put The Beds to Bed" event on Saturday, Oct. 13 from 8AM-1PM. Groups, families, and individuals from the neighborhood and surrounding area are encouraged to participate. Volunteers ages 9-17 must be supervised by an adult. Over 300 volunteers are needed at City Park, and Washington Park Saturday, October 13, 2012 from 8:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. to remove annual flowers, drag tarps, load flowers in trucks, over-turn dirt, and dig dirt.
