Donate to Denver's Homeless Vets Sept. 11

It is estimated that there are as many as 2,000 homeless veterans in Denver, which is why we applaud 9News's plan to collect clothing and other items for veterans on Tuesday, Sept. 11, 
Collections will run from 6:00AM - 1PM at these three locations: 
• 9News - Speer & Logan 
• American Furniture Warehouse at 8501 Grant St., Thornton, CO 80229 (84th & I-25) 
• DAV store at 6803 West Alameda Avenue, Lakewood, CO 80226 (Alameda & Pierce)


9News's Hope for Homeless Veterans is seeking duffel bags, backpacks, jeans, winter clothing, socks, underwear (including long underwear), personal care items such as razors, travel-sized deodorant, and shaving cream, hand sanitizer and much more.
