Dumb Friends is waiving adoption fees for cats one year and older through Nov. 30. November is
“Adopt-a-Senior-Pet” month, a month where shelters across the country,
including the Denver Dumb Friends League, use to highlight the importance of
finding homes for older pets. We have adopted several older animals and they make wonderful pets. Long past the erratic and often destructive puppy and
kitten phase, older creatures are active but know all about kicking back. They also quickly acclimate to their surroundings.
