Today, Oct. 12, and today only Whole Foods has large carving pumpkins for only $2.50. We picked up two at the Wash Park store around 3PM and they still had tons of orange beauties remaining. They are listed as "mediums" but they were pretty large, in my opinion. They also have certain brands of Traditional Medicinals Boxed Tea for 50% off on Wednesday only. Good while supplies last.
Sunflower has red peppers for 77 cents each, organic celery for 77 cents each, and 33.8 oz bottles of extra virgin olive oil for $4.99.
King Soopers has 6 oz. of raspberries for an amazing $1.25. Worth it to stock up and freeze them. (Tip: Freeze them on a cookie sheet, then bag them and return to freezer. This way they don't stick together). Also, organic squash for 99 cents a pound.
