FREE Celtic Harvest Festival in Denver Sept. 17-18

The Celtic Harvest Festival Edgewater runs Saturday & Sunday, September 17 & 18 at Citizen’s Park, 22nd & Benton, west of Sloans Lake. Admission is FREE. Hours are Saturday, 10AM-10PM and Sunday, 10AM-5PM.  Nine Colorado Celtic bands will perform, as will pipe bands and Celtic dancers. Check out the the Renaissance Scots Reenactment Village,Celtic Marketplace and shop the Farmer’s Market. Hawkquest will be on hand to educate and entertain with their birds of prey. Also planned are sheep herding lessons, contest and crafts for the kids, storytelling, a petting zoo and, of course, plenty of food and drink.
