FREE Compass Class at REI July 7

Bad at directions? Head over to REI's Denver Flagship store for a FREE class on maps  and compasses scheduled from 6:30-8PM July 7. Limited seats available, please go to www.rei.com/events to register for the class, which is designed for complete novices. They'll cover the basics such as understanding map symbols, orienting the map and compass, triangulation, declination adjustment, and reading terrain features.
