Hurrah! The Denver Municipal Band's series of FREE concerts at parks around town is now official and you can read it here. Pack a picnic and dust off the lawn chairs. These concerts are FREE! Locally (DU/Wash Park) the band is playing the following dates:

July 14 7:30PM Concert Band with Summit Brass soloists at Gates Concert, D.U.Campus
July 15 6:30PM Jazz Band at Platt Park
July 17 7:30PM Wash Park
July 24 TBA Wash Park
July 31 7:30PM Concert Band at Washington Park celebrating Historic Denver and Molly Brown.
Aug. 2 7:30PM Washington Park-The "Bring a Buck Concert" for the DMB endowment fund
and celebrating one hundred years of Rotary with special Guests the Isle of Mull Pipers and Dancers
Aug. 5 7:30PM Newman Center for the Performing Arts at DU, 2344 E. Iliff Ave. Concert Band with Summit Brass, in Gates Hall
Aug. 12 8PM Concert Band **with Fireworks** at Sterne Park in Littleton for Western Western
